An Internet Site For
Olmste(a)d Family History and Genealogy

Since the early 1970s I have used Olmste(a)d as a method of including everyone by either form of the family surname.
Individuals will be recorded with their name as they used it the best we can determine.

This Table of Contents currently includes some of my notes on what I plan to include;
pages currently available are indicated by underlined links in blue type

Style note: I use (*) or to indicate the 1912 Olmsted Genealogy
as a reference or source

NOTE (2 May 2008): we had the guest book up for ten days when some Spammer found it, cloned the address so that it looked like it was for real and proceeded to post 20-30 SPAM each day that were displayed on the "comments received" and forwarded to me as an email; there was a posted website address from which I figured was a place in Canada trying to sell drugs. I've deleted the page until I can figure out how to protect it.
(Jan2009) Since then I have been working on other things but will eventually get back to it.

Our Guest Book -- we welcome comments and short queries that will be available for others to see
